Hoover’s sushi, Chinese and Indian restaurants we could confirm sit near the Riverchase Galleria and along Lorna Road and Montgomery Highway (U.S. 31), with one Indian restaurant at The Village at Brock’s Gap near the Hoover Met. This list is shorter than the map suggests: many small Asian restaurants in Hoover have no website of their own, and we list only places we could confirm.

How we made this list. The places come from OpenStreetMap records inside Hoover’s city limits, the same data behind our local directory, checked against each place’s own website on Oct. 17, 2026. Three places have no website we could find. We kept Beijing Express, Desi Twist and Hyderabad House because the Jefferson County Department of Health’s latest inspection scores show each one inspected at its Hoover address between Oct. 12 and Oct. 14, 2026. We left out Mandarin House, whose site did not load, and Blue Pacific, Chow Town, Formosa, Ginza Sushi Bar Korean BBQ, Hunan Garden, New China, Nori Hibachi Ramen Sushi and Sumo Japanese Steakhouse, which have no website we could find and no second record from this week. Beijing Express, a Chinese restaurant by its name, is at 3659 Lorna Road, the same center as Domino’s. It has no website we could find; the county health department inspected it there on Oct. 14, 2026.

Desi Twist, an Indian restaurant by its name, is at 1031 Brock’s Gap Parkway in The Village at Brock’s Gap. It has no website we could find; the county inspected it on Oct. 12, 2026.

Hyderabad House, named for the Indian city, is at 1694 Montgomery Highway, in the same shopping center as Habaneros and All Original Pizzeria. The county inspected it on Oct. 13, 2026. We could not find a page for the Hoover restaurant on a website of its own.

Panda Express in Riverchase Village, near U.S. 31 and Alabama 150, is a location of the Chinese American chain. Its page lists dine-in, takeout, online ordering and delivery, and the same hours every day.

Stix at the Riverchase Galleria is listed on its own Hoover site as Asian fusion, Japanese and sushi, with its menu and online orders. It opens for dinner on weekdays and for lunch and dinner on weekends.
